INGREDIENTS
¼ cup pearl barley
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp butter
½ cup diced celery
1 small potato, diced
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
      ½ cup diced carrots
6 cups (or more) soup stock
1 tbsp (or more) sour cream
Salt and pepper
Chopped dill

- Wash pearl barley; cook in large amount of slightly salted boiling water until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in butter until slightly wilted. Add vegetables, mushrooms and soup stock. Simmer until vegetables are done.
