Ukrainian Recipes: Patychky (Ukrainian Meat on a Stick)
My favorite recipe of my aunt's (and one of my top 5 fave Ukrainian dishes) is Patychky - until recently, I didn't know its name, only that it was "meat on a stick". Apparently, that's what a lot of people out there call it too!
While I haven't been able to get hold of my aunt's version, this one that I found online at Mister Anchovy's blog sounds just incredible! Pork, garlic and booze - a simple but excellent mix!
So, check it out! It is a popular dish served during holidays, weddings, etc. - make it part of your next gathering!
