Info: Join us for a fun, artistic workshop over the course of three (3) Thursdays in February 2017 to learn the ancient art of creating Ukrainian Eggs with Instructor Joan Swanberg! This hands on class will teach you the beautiful process of creating your personalized eggs from start to finish just in time for Easter. All materials will be provided in the cost of the workshop, included a starter decorating kit you will take home for future creations. Location: Town Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Victory Hall, 401 Valley St, Scottsville, VA 24590 Joan Swanberg has been creating Ukranian eggs ever since her father brought home an egg kit when she was twelve. She has a minor in Art Education from the University of Kentucky and her certificate in Botanical Illustration from the Morton Arboretum. Joan has been a Scottsville resident for eleven years, and gardens and keeps bees at the Mill House circa 1790. Cancellation Policy: Due to a limited number of available seats, please inform us of a cancellation for a full refund at least 48 hours prior to the class. Refunds are not given if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before class.
